On 10/19/2022 at approximately 9:32 AM, Deputies were dispatched to a rural address in Johnson County, Missouri, in regards to a stolen golf cart. Powell Gardens employees reported a stolen golf cart, last seen on Monday (10/17/2022) at approximately 5:00 PM. Powell Gardens advised they had an outside vendor barrow the golf cart overnight to set up their event and it was not there the next day. The outside vendor left the property at approximately 2:00 AM on Tuesday (10/18/2022) and left the golf cart at the visitor center, keys inside the ignition. The golf cart is described as a 2018 Carry All Golf Cart, Electric Club Car. The Golf cart is white in color and has a long bed, owned by M & M Golf Carts. There are no suspects at this time. This is an on-going investigation.
