On 04/03/2022 at approximately 9:45 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of a vehicle theft at Martin's Automotive Repair at 548 NW 131 Highway, Holden, Missouri. Victim stated his white Dodge Ram 3500 with Missouri license plates was at the shop for tires. On 04/01/2022, victim requested the owner of the shop to leave the key fob in the vehicle and Dennis would be by to pick up the vehicle. Surveillance footage of the incident showed the suspect had stolen the vehicle from the parking lot at approximately 10:00 p.m. after getting fuel at Pittsville gas Station across the street and left towards NW 50 Highway. When victim came to pick up the vehicle today, he learned his vehicle was stolen. The suspect seen in the video footage appeared to be a black male possibly in his late teens or early twenties. The suspect was wearing a face covering and paid for fuel in cash. The license plates of the suspect's vehicle assisting in the theft could not be seen.
